[Resolved] EPF Bandra office — PF withdrawal amount not received | |||
Dear Sir, I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company Future Generali India life Insurance co.Ltd and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office. Those documents are received by the office on Nov 18th 2010. It is almost one year, but still the amount has not yet been credited in my account. I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my ex employer Kotak Direct ( A division of Kotak Life Insurance Co.Ltd)...and the status shows as under when I checked on the status history.

Status : CLAIM FORM 10C FOR WITHDRAWAL BENEFIT/SCHEME CERTIFICATE FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO MHBAN[protected] HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 17.12.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS.
Claim ID : MHBAN[protected]
Status : CLAIM FORM 19 FOR PF SETTLEMENT FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO MHBAN[protected] HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 17.12.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS
Its almost 3 months and I havent received the amount. Request you to do the needful at the earliest.
