[Resolved]  EPF, Chennai — EPF Amount not Credited

This is Adloori praveen I worked in TALENT MAXIMUS INDIA PVT LTD as a Sr executive from 01/11/2006 to 04/04/2008 . Already I send pf form 19/08/2008, That company is submitted on 13/03/2009 .and till date the amount is not credited .please kindly help me in this regard.

Lot and lots of People are facing the problem with PF. Is there any person received the PF amount without any concerns and risks? Probably the answer is no.

I think instead of roaming around Pf offices loosing tens of thousands of money we can simply pay thousands of tax.

We need to raise our voice against the PF and not allow companies for opening PF accounts as well.

Dear All,

I read all the complaints, and as for my knowledge, i would say, once the PF forms are submitted to the PF office, there are certain limits (number of forms) for the company to submit the forms, once submitted the PF authorities have to process it and when processed, the outstation cheques would take 10 business days for the amount to cr in the bank a/c, in case if any forms had any complaint with the documents missing or the fault in the signature or signature missing, the forms will be returned to the employers, or the employers have to collect those forms and intimate the employees about the defect and fix it, so that the employees who leaves the company will get the amount on time. This one is a long precess, this has to be taken care every time...

Whatever, employees have to wait patiently... for this employees have to meet their HR in person at some extent.


NOTE: The above content is as per my knowledge, so if in any place i had mentioned info is wrong, seniors do correct me.

I resigned my services in KHAZANA JEWELLERY, Hyderabad in the monthy of December, 2009.My claim TN/36175/1479 is submitted to the PF office chennai on February 24th, 2009.Inorder to claim amount PF office usually takes 45-60 days.But it is almost 3 months there is no response from there side when ever I check my status it is showing as "Cheque as already been dispatched to HDFC BANK to on 30/04/2009.I contact to bank also they are telling till now they didn't received any cheque from EPF, Chennai."Even If I call you or mail them there will be no response".

I have duly filled form 10C & 19 and sent it to Chennai on Feb -09. The same type of form only i had sent Pune office also on same month. (Because one of my PF a/c in Pune) And the Pune account settled in my account on May - 09 first week. Why you have sent the forms to employer.

if there any mistake i did in form 10c & 19?. Please inform

EPF Amount not Credited
Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that My EPF claim is settled as on 28/05/2009 and till date the amount is not credited. I spoke with EPF, Chennai they told me that they dispatched the cheque on 574760, 924667, 28/05/2009 and you should contact with bank. I contact to bank also they are telling till now they didn't received any cheque from EPF, Chennai.
Now, tell me what should I do for EPF amount

i have submitted the withdrawl of pf in my office based at chandigarh( music world) in june 2008.
but i come to know that there is some problem in withdrawl from. my pf is TN/48715/1212 AND my organition name is Music world entertained ( spencers retail ltd) . my employee no is 1195.
i would like what is the status of my provident fund.
