Hi Sir,

I have been worked nearly one and half years in previous organization Named Dhanus Technologies LTD. Suddenly they closed the organization and vocated the office in T. Nagar. They have deducted a sum Rs. 748 per month from salary for PF. What i have to do to get my PF amount. Kindly advice

These complaints are guanine i also suffering with same problem with Chennai EPF Office It seems that department people purposely do not send the cheque or write the incorrect name on cheque so that the concern employee run between Piller and Post. I sufferer can understand the problems of others. In my opinion the department is not working honestly. hence the delay in release the EPF amount takes years together. > Ashok

Dear Madam/Sir, I have worked in M/s Savera Hotel and retired on 31.10.2010 and I got my Provident Fund settlement towards my ID TNMAS/0006557/000/000469 and claim ID TNMAS[protected] for Rs 305833/-Also I have insured in life insurance policy for Rs 40000/- for 10 years @ the rate of rs 4394/= yearly through provident fund that expired much earlier. In this regard, I have addressed a letter to commissioner on 21.03.2011and also another form no 19 submitted at the counter to process my claim.Till this day, I have not received any message either by sms or through letter.Today I referred my bank also.Hence I tried in on line system, it says the above mentioned claim was cleared on 22 nd March 2011 and the claim ID TNMAS[protected] is under process.since March 2011.
