Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that My EPF claim is settled as on 26/06/2009 and till date the amount is not credited. I spoke with EPF, Chennai they told me that they dispatched the cheque on 26/06/2009 and you should contact with bank. I contact to bank also they are telling till now they didn't received any cheque from EPF, Chennai.
Now, tell me what should I do for EPF amount.

I have a similar situation where in the PF office states that the amount has been setteled but the same never reached my acccount... on asking the details of the credit to the PF authorities they say that the account at their end is setteled, i have written to all the offices. I AM SURE THAT THERE IS A BIG SCAM OF SWINDLING FUNDS GOING ON THERE ... I strongly urge this gets scrutinised...THERE ARE CHEATERS OF PUBLIC MONEY... and fully when it comes to answering complaints.. its a pitty that we are born in a country where in such manage public funds...all those who have migrated to other lands atleast have their moneies in safe hands.. i curse them from the bottom of my heart.
