[Resolved]  EPF, Chennai — EPF Amount not Credited

This is to inform you that my pf claim is submitted on 5/03/2010 and accepted by PF deptt.on 8/04/2010, and till date the amount is not credited.Please deposit the PF amount in my ICICI Bank(Branch-C-Scheme, Jaipur) account.

From last two yrs i trying regularly to got my PF but not getting proper responce. As this is the Fourth time i have sended my form to the company as every time i just got the information that it is rejected by the department but not got the correct information about the reason.

EPF Amount not Credited
Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that My EPF claim is settled as on 28/02/2009 and till date the amount is not credited. I spoke with EPF, Chennai they told me that they dispatched the cheque on 16/07/2009and you should contact with bank. I contact to bank also they are telling till now they didn't received any cheque from EPF, Chennai.
Now, tell me what should I do for EPF amount
My p.f no is TN/50761/5719. Company ; h.u.l

1. Company Code is 49990

2. My Employee no is 625

3. My claim was received in your office on[protected] and assured to be settled within 30 days time.

It is more than 60 days since then.

I am Rajendran .M - ex employee of RKHS limited.My PF No. is TN/30233/7392.Half of the amount of Rs.12358/- is settled and remaining amount of Rs.28744 is not yet settled since May 2010.I do not know what happen to that money even though I had visited PF office regularly.But still everything went on vain.

I beggggggggggggg all the govt officials to look into this and settle my amount as soon as possible.

Pls try to understand that I am begging for my money.pls clear it and release.

A total disgrace for the whole EPF dept. even after so many complaints you people are not looking into these requests. very much upset with the way u work. its very hard to say that u r very shameless sector of Govt.

I had not recieved the full and final payment of my P.F A/C. I have recived the amount of Rs. 33456/- to my ICICI Bank on 11.08.2010. So in case my remaining amount is transferred to any other scheme/account i want to back it, not interested in any other scheme/transfer.

I am not more working with any organisation. So i want my pending amount against my P.F due to urgent need of money.

You are requested to please settled my pending amount as early as possible to my ICICI Bank Account[protected].
