[Resolved]  EPF, Chennai — EPF Amount not Credited

i have applied for the PF amount on 07 th DEC 2009, today 18 th MARCH 2010, not yet the PF amount credited at my account.

While seeing the above mentioned details we can find the PF office works status.

Maximum 45 days are required fro the clearance of PF amount.

Please make some improvement in the PF clearance system.

The mail which is given in PF website is no use for P[censored]sers.

I sent two mails to the PF office there is no reply for a single mail, then what is the necessary to mention such type of mail id in the PF website.

As per EPF office chennai, my claim has been settled and dispatched to SBI, Jamshedpur on 10.05.2010, but Bank told me that they have not received any cheque.They are asking the docat no. of dispatch to trace out the same. Pls. help me clearing the same. My PF no. TN/3669/3588.

But the employer had refused to attested sign. So, how will I received the PF amount. Please inform the way of the PF amount receiving in your reply.

Till my amount is not credited to my a/c
PF office replied that they have already credited my amount on Jan 24' 2002 but I had not submitted any form, How did they credited my amount on Jan 24' 2002 .

I spoke with EPF, Chennai they told me that they dispatched the cheque on 02/06/2010 and you should contact with bank.
