I Amitabh Das was working with Essar Telecom Retail Limited also known as The Mobile Store Limited having its Head Office at Essar Technopark, Old Swan Mill Compound, LBS Marg, Kurla (W),Mumbai-400070 | Maharashtra from Nov 2005 to September 2010
My Personal details with the above organization is as follows

1. I had sent my duly filled PF(Form 19 and 10C) with drawl forms to HR Dep’t of my above mentioned Head Office and subsequently the same were submitted to Bandra PF office on 20th April 2011.(A Scanned copy of the receipt from PF Office Bandra is attached here with)
2. I also received an SMS from Bandra PF office on 13th May 2011 confirming the same

Status : CLAIM FORM 19 FOR PF SETTLEMENT FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO MHBAN[protected] HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 13.05.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS

Status : CLAIM FORM 10C FOR WITHDRAWAL BENEFIT/SCHEME CERTIFICATE FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO MHBAN[protected] HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 13.05.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS.
3. After receiving the SMS I checked my PF Status on the web site of EPFO Bandra. (Copies of few Screen Shots from June 2011 till date are attached here with)

4. When I contacted Bandra PF Office thru the contact person of my above mentioned Head Office in the month of June I was informed that due to certain server issues my case is pending and the same would get resolved within a couple of days but I just waited and did not get anything till date.
5. I also lodged a a complaint with Grievance Cell of EPFO Bandra for knowing the status of my pending case but the reply came that my concern could not be entertained as I had given a wrong/Incorrect PF Account No.( I had quoted the my PF No from my Salary Slip )
6. Last but not the least In spite of my repeated mails PF Office could not provide me any outlook for getting my case cleared and my PF amount to be credited to my bank account about which they had already been informed.
I would request you to look into the matter as I am in urgent need of money required for my father’s treatment and help me at the earliest
