Eureka Forbes — AMC Issues | |||
Hello, I have taken AMC for 2 years with Eureka Forbes for my Water Filter. It is been almost one and a half year. So far they came only once after the first day of signing AMC. When I call for a service, they simply close without even verifying. I have escalated in writing to their Customer Service Head about 3 months back. Still no response. Last month I have sent to their Ombudsman along with an Delivery acknowledgement slip in registered post. Till date, I have not even received the acknowledgement back.
