DEAR SIR,WE HAVE INSTALLED A WATER PURIFIER OF THIS COMPANY AND AN AMC WAS GIVEN VIDE RECEIPT NO-CP[protected],FOR THE PERIOD FROM 19.8.2011 TO 18.8.2012.THE TECHINICIAN WHO ATTENDED HAD CHANGED THE IRON CARTRIDGE AFTER COLLECTING 4065/-BUT AFTER THAT, NO ONE HAS APPROACHED US FOR FURTHER SERVICE FROM THE COMPANY'S SIDE EVEN AFTER GIVING THEM REPEATED REMINDERS.
NOW AS THE AMC PERIOD IS OVER, THEY HAVE AGAIN APPROACHED US FOR RENEWAL OF AMC.THIS MATTER WAS INFORMED TO THE BRANCH HEAD-MR M GOPICHAND([protected]), BUT NO SUCH CLARIFICATION FROM HIS END HAS COME.HE ASSURED US THAT HE WILL BE SENDING THE JOB CARD SIGNED BY OUR EMPLOYEE, BUT TILL TODAY THAT REMAINS PENDING.KINDLY ORGANISE TO SETTLE THIS ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST.

I had sent a request for renewing of my Annual Maintenance of the Aquaguard Sensa Water Filter vide the customercare no. [protected] on 8th October, 2013. My request no. is 88916206 in the name of Abhishek Roy.

Inspite of repeated reminders and promises, no call has come from the service centre nor from Eureka Forbes. Today is 15th October, 2013

Does this reputed company focus only on sales?
