Eureka Forbes / Aqua Guard Royale — Negligency of Service Centre | |
Dear Sir, I am using Aqua Guard Royale for the last 7-8 years. The machine is under Annual maintenance contract with Eureka Forbaes (Contract Receipt No.[protected], customer Code - 799, Dated[protected]. but the service centre is not giving the periodical servicing in time, i.e. they have not changes the carbon in time. However I called the service centre on 20-06-09 to change the carbon (which was scheduled on Feb. 09). The servic engineer attended on the same day evening. But after changing the carbon the machine stopped working. Service engineer informed that the PCB has got a problem and should be changed. He left informing that he will come on the next day to change the PCB. But he did not come on the next day. After making several phone calls to Euro helpline (Complain ID 81464272, on[protected] and our local Eureka Forbes Office at Burdwan, W.B. ( Comlain No. - 280, on[protected] the service engineer attended on[protected]. But instead of replacing the PCB with a NEW one he came with a PCB with was repaired several time and had not any serial no. or, model no. or not even marked by the Eureka Forbes. So I refused to change the PCB of my machine with that one, and informed both the customer care centre about the matter. they told me to wait for 2 days and they will replace the PCB with a new one. But till today (i.e.[protected] my Aqua Guard is on the same state, i.e. is not in working condition inspite of having Annual Mintenance Contract. Tell me waht should I do now ?
