I recently bought a Aqua guard RO smart water purifier... They haven't installed it properly and i'm calling then (Sales executive, customer care center) for past 3 weeks but they are not bothered to correct it... now they are not even picking the phones... And to take it official i need the invoice, but that hasn't reached me yet... whenever i ask for it they say it'll be sent from their mumbai office and it looks like it'll take a century to get that in this current scenario... Had a very bad experience with this company which calls themselves as good in customer care... but in fact they are damn good in ignorance...
