[Resolved] Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard — Broken item | |
I bought a aquaguard classic on nov 25th 2009. a person called loganathan installed the aquaguard. They were so good that before i could keep the phone ordering for the system they came for demo and installed very next day. Brilliant. after 2 days only i came to know that the system had a big crack in the front. Because there was a layer of plastic covered we could not find the fault at the time of buying. For the past 2 weeks i have been calling customer care to replace the system but till date no action is taken. They keep asking my name and address and prmoise will be replaced the same day and this has been going on for past 2 weeks. These are the names of the persons i had interacted.... akila, sarala, sudha, kishore,jayshankar so on... i did not note down first few names i had talked with. A person called Jeenu who is manager for these persons does not even pick his mobile. I think he has prepaid phone and does not want to waste money i guess. What a service they are giving. If this is the case for new proudct imagine the kind of service we can expect down the line. I hope they work according to their concious and take the compalint seriously and replace asap.
