Me and my wife have been calling the customer care number for almost for last two week for the re-installation of the water purifier in our new flat and over phone they told all the payment details and kept us waiting at home for more than five times. Each time a technician calls and after several changes of timing for the visit they did not turn up.
The website is also hope less and it talks about long drawn process to get the problem resolved. A very very poor customer service and full o[censored]nprofessional people. My neighbor got his Kent water purifier re-installed within one day after the call.
