Please refer to my Purchase from M/S. Fundamental Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Regd off: 6, Waterloo street, Kolkata- 700069, Showroom: 123/3. NSC Bose road, Kolkata- 700040,Ph:[protected], Proforma Invoice: FENN/10-11/1247 dated 4th NOV, 2010. I received a call from[protected], that I have a free servicing due and accordingly a service person named Mr. Ujjal Dey visited my residence along with a he...lping hand and before starting for the servicing insited repetedly for AMC, I told him to fininish his work and the rest I shall take up with his office. He then opened the machine and cartidge, while opening he overpowered and there by broken the cartidge and told me that the Cartidge is broken. I like to inform since the machine purchased till he opened the machine in between no one opened the machine and we were very much satisfied with the performance of the machine. The matter informed to his office and Incharge Mr. Ujjal Dey (Mob: [protected]) and he assured me to look into the matter, now I am waiting for the action taken by him, I further requesting your platform to see that I properly compensated for this sort of activities in the name of free servicing. eureka forbes/water purifier aqua flo — m/c not working
complaint was given on 12 march 2009, complaint no 81062207 through helpline no 39883333. so far m/c is not repaired even though advance payment was made for AMC. COTACTED BY MAIL TO CORPORATE OFFICE AND ON TELEPOHONE THE CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE DEPT ON 39883434.i havs cotacted all sources but of no use. i thought atleast this complaint made to you will work and m/c will be repaired today.

Very Bad product by eurika forbes. i took the 18 ltr model to Dubai and assembled it the water overflows from the bottom container as the flow from the top does not stop.service here is not avalible as their dealer here does not sell this model.Never again will i buy a eurika forbes product

Eureka Forbes — leakage in Aquaflow water purifier
I had lodged a complaint at Jeevan Jyoti Apartments, Pitampura on 6th October but the engineer came after two days and advised us to contact on 39883333. I complained there on 8th Oct. 2008 but nobody came to visit, my complaint no. is M58746 dt. 8th Oct.2008. After that i am calling them almost everyday and remininding them but of no use. I am having an AMC with them w.e.f. feb 2007 to March 2009. After Feb 2008 nobody has come for any type of service, can i ask for the refund of AMC.
