Eureka Forbes — Aquasure not functioning | |
I have bought aquasure UV water filter from Dist Chandrapur, Maharashtra last year. About three months back water flow stopped. Have called the local dealer and they said that the electronic circuit PCB is damaged water has gone in, it has to be replaced. After a month they said the spare PCB is not available and asked me to lodge a complaint. I lodged a complaint and my Reg no. is [protected] and consumer no. is [protected]. Still there is no response. I have talked to Aquasure -Nagpur office, Pune office but to no avail. You are requested to look into the matter urgently. Thanks
