Dear Sir,
We have an AMC of 2 years from 29/03/2010 to 28/03/2012, for the aqua gold nova water purifier. A service was due on June 29, 2010 and till date nobody has turned up for the same despite reminders to your call center executives. The call center executives have been very prompt in telling that they understand my concern and would ensure that the service is done. Well, till date the service has not been done and all that is done is teleservice... If only teleservices could clean up the aqua guard!!!!!! Such poor service and you find some reason for not doing the duty. This is dereliction of duty and even after repeated reminders if no service is rendered, this amounts to gross negligence of the customer. If you cannot provide AMC, please do not offer this service at all. We can go back to the old fashioned way of water purification, without the hassels of any service. Was this information helpful? |
