One aquaguard is under b/d due to ecb circuit problem and two nos. Two nos. Aquaguard cooler cum purifier are under b/d. After several complains and reminders no fruit ful result has been comeout. I am totally disappointed with Annual Maintenance Services provided by Eureka Forbes.
You people just comes for renewing the contract and then disappears, No calls no signs for servicing even after 4 months. I don’t think you have courtesy to ask customer.
