OUR OFFICE VACCUM CLEANER WAS OUT OF ORDER. I HAD LOGED A COMPLAINT ON 17/10/11 ON EUREKA FORBES HELPLINE NO. COM NO[protected]. THEY TOLD ME THE MACHINE WILL BE ATTENDED WITHIN 24HRS BUT NO ONE CAME. FOR THE NEXT 5 DAY I CALLED THE HELPLINE NO REQESTED THEM TO HELP US BUT IN VAN. ON 21/10/2011 THEY PROVIDED ME THEIR BURDWAN SERVICE CENTER NO. I CALLED THEM BUT OF NO USE. THE MACHINE IS STILL NOT ATTENDED AND NO ONE CAME.
