Dear sir,
I purchased an Aqua Guard BLu-G Sensa model on the 7th of August 2009 in Chennai from the dealers and from the day of installation it is not working. What I mean is they have dumped a defective machine and charged me the full amount. The machine has not even been installed properly but just the pipe connection made and left on the table top even though I requested them to fit it on the wall. .
When it was pointed out that there was no water flowing and the LED was flashing The man told me an engineer would come and rectify. After that till today(28th aug 2009) almost 20 days nobody has bothered to come even though I have called the helpline many times.. They give the same standard reply like parrots that the problem will be attended immediately.. I have rung up and so many times that somein customer care even recognise my voice and are downright rude and slam the phone down.
If this is responce to new machine i wonder what future maintenance can be expected from them Was this information helpful? |
