[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Servicing

I am having Eureka Forbes Water Purifier (with pump/motor) which is under AMC as on date. Last week one representative had come on two consecutive days for servicing/changing of carbon, etc. However, from subsequent day the pump/motor of water purifier is not working. My customer ID is [protected]. I requested for servicing in the month of Feb 2014. I do not remember the date of request. However the complaint number is [protected]. I was assured that the service will be done within 2 days . Then again I lodged complaint on 22nd March. Complaint number [protected]. Again I was told within 2 days my complaint will be attended. Today is 12th April and nobody has turned up. If are requests are considered what is the use of entering into service contract for 3 years. Or is it you want to give service once in a year.? Please let me know the present status of my complaint.
