[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — No bill and no services after repeated calls

On August 2008, I have purchased 01 no of Aqua Guard Compact model of water purfier from authorised agent of Eureka Forbes(Mr. Abhimanyu Chavan, cell no [protected] and [protected]). Payment was made by cheque. My residence is at Vikhroli(w) - Mumbai. Till today I have not recieved the Bill for the same. Also there are two free services after purchasing this purifier which were not given. I made several calls to the agent & also registered cumplaint of customer care help line no 3988 3333 of Eureka Forbes but till today not got any respose. Following are the details of complaint made:

AQUAGUARD COMPACT — not attending complaint

I had given complaint on 11-11-08 about my aqua guard not working. But till as on 12-11-08 know body turn up to solve the problem. I had called more than 6 times and tell them it is urgent but they don't take any care of it.

AQUAGUARD COMPACT — service problems

i owned aquaguard classic .
it needs regular servicing.
but nobody from the company comes for servicing.
i have called the company several times.
i have also launched e complain on their site
but nothing happens.
my machine is not working properly since one month.
where to complain or what to do

This is to bring to your notice that I had filed a complaint on behalf of N. K. Bagrodia Junior School, sec-4, Dwarka, vide request No. 82125691 dt 06/11/09. There is no action taken till now and I had called your Customer Care Helpline several of times. Please do a needful.

Aquaguard-Compact — Aqua Guard is not working even after repeated complaint

Dear Sir/Madam,



This is to keep you posted to draw your attention about the pathetic service from you since November-2009 since I bought Aqua Guard compact. The Aqua Guard is not working since then. Request you to identify the pain of a customer who has invested the price and not getting the service for product like Aqua Guard. For your reference, please find below some SR/docket no. as those were taken by the Aqua Guard call centre for the sake of resolution and response to me since November-2009.

Few SR no mentioned as NA as not able to fetch those data, but all the 3 mobile nos. have been mentioned through which I made all the complaints, hopefully from your side you’ll fetch all the complaints details though the mobile nos.



After so many repeated complaints there were no follow up from your side, as in got every time the feedback from the service centre that your complain can be processed as this is not in our area, different service centre will follow up this- then which service centre, there was no answer to any one. ‘Then why did you sale your product there?’



Additionally I didn’t received the original copy of the purchase and for the same one complaint has also been raised but till the date I’m yet to get it since November. But what I got is only a small temporary receipt with Aqua Guard/Eureka Fobes Logo. Please find below the details.

Finally with so much of anguish on 16th April I contacted your corporate office-Mumbai, and explained all these. And I’ve been assured to get the resolution. And today one service person visited my place to fix it up and he said as per the water layer (as there is much iron in the water layer in the locality) this Aqua Guard-Compact is not compatible even though iron remover is installed, this is the reason you’re facing the problem. As per the service person, now the problem has been resolved but again you’ll face it after a month as you have to replace it with another model. Then- Who will guide me about the correct model as per the water level as I’m not the expertise in it neither I’ve experienced the same as by you only this has been installed that Aqua Guard compact is compatible for me (at the time of purchase). Now God knows, might be you were in target to sell that model to achieve your sales goal.

Aquaguard / compact — Bill not received

I purchased a water purified of Aquaguard Company. I made partial payment by cash and the balance by Chque. The Agent (Manisha) said that I will get the bill only once the cheque gets cleared. After 6 months of wait when i did not get the bill.i call her, she said that you will receive bill very soon.but still bill not received. than i requested to customer care they loged a call and said that within 45 days they will send my bill to my address. "still bill not received" after 50 days i agin called customer care they said "will send your bill by courier.................. same story. now is 3 month over and i still not received my bill.Miss Manisha (Kalyan branch, Mumbai) will be the dealing asst.. Till date, i have not received a call from the branch, whenever I have called them, they only said me that will call back, but no response is received thereafter.
last time she said " aapko jaha complient karna hai kar lo hamare paas time nahe hai mai bahot busy hu"

i dont know what to do in this condition. my complaint id is 86488278
