Eureka Forbes — non compliance of service contract

Sir,

For health reason I had purchase water purifier from Eureka Forbs ( model : Designa) and made service contract for three years.Contract will end on 31 Dec 2010.
As per service contract service will be provided by Eureka Forbes as required also water filter candle will be changed after every year BUT till dt candle was never changed.

sir i had purchased a security system in eureka forbes at chennai (t.nagar branch) before 3 months. i asking the bill of purchased item but no responses from the sale executive or from the office side...

Sir, I am Mrs.K.Latha and I have aquaguard water purifier (Classic model) for which I have AMC for the period from 22.11.09 to 28.11.11. Contract receipt no is 17045816.The service for the same is due in this month. Unless otherwise we make phone calls or write to compliant cell, your people do not give any service. They are more particular about canvassing for AMC but service they do not give on their own. This is to remind you to send your person for servicing giving prior intimation of their coming home to enable us to be at home.
