[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — poor service after sales

I purchased a vaccum cleaner from eureka forbes.but after delivery the sales men never turned up...Very poor service...

Eureka Forbes — Poor Salesman service

I am prasanta kumar mondal and reciept no. is 023135 and C.S.S's name is 'amit kumar das' code no. is 9001986 has to suffer a lot.The sales person attended to our house showed us the demonstration and without out concern took rs.500 gave a reciept for booking. within half an hour we called up and said we dont want the eureka forbes aquagaurd but they didin't listened to us and after the 3 days came and gave the product but when we asked to take back the product back the are not ready to take it back. Now they are forcing us to take the product which we didnt want to take due our personal problem . So this is a earnest request to take back the product and return the money. so take necesary steps as soon as possible.


I have purchased the water purifier from eureka forbes and I am using it for more than 6 year. I made the AMC contract with the Eureka fobes for the further service. you are right bro ! I had purchased water filter of this cheated compnay before 2 years. initially company had given very good service. I am staying in Indore city. their chairman already visited my place for feedback. Suddenly, attitude of service personal is changed in last 6 months. They didnt responsd on any customer call. I called up to higher authority as name of salil, who should be gentleman. i found that he is so immature & irresponsible guy. when i discussed with my service problem then he replied me that i am new here contact to this person & give me one more no. How can i trace to so many person. If manager like person will behave like this then what will do with this c ompany. this comapny wants money only. Anyone can help me out because i am middle class man & now i am suffering with water & lost my money.
Sugget me should i go consumer forum ?

Eureka Forbes — Poor After Sale Service

Dear Sir,

I am a retired Army Officer of the rank of Colonel. I had brought AquaGuard Total Water Purification system " Sensa Blue " On 30th Sep 2009 for he last One Month. The instrument is not working properly I have been approaching their Office as well as Customer Care to send their representative to get it repaired. Inspite of my best efforts the company has not taken any action till date.
no one replies to my complaints inspite of complaining many times...

Eureka Forbes — Poor After Sales Service

The after sales service of Eureka Forbes is pathetic. You literally chase them like no one's business. Do they really care for providing after sales support.
I have raised a complain for my vacuume cleaner on 11th April and my product is still under warranty and till now its more than 10 days, no one has turned up from service center to fix up the issue.
We have taken annual service contract with Eureka Forbes for our water purifier under the contract no: 20383090 at Rs 3910/-
In addition to that we have also paid Rs 350 to the service technician whilst moving to new premises with in Bangalore. The water purifier does not work post moving to new premises and we have lodged several complaints at the service center under complaint no: 61855485 and 61895029. The complaint was always escalated to floor supervisor at the call center for immediate redressal and each time the response was that the service technician would surely come by today ----!

The various people involved at the call center were Annand, Prasad, Shyia e.t.c

My humble request to all citizens "Never ever take any annual contract and look for alternative water purifiers.

Eureka Forbes/Water purifier — Poor after sales service

With deep regret I write to inform you that on 19.01.11 I replaced my old Aqua Guard water purifier with your ‘Aqua Guard Total Protect’ water purifier through your sales person Sri Bijoy Kumar Mukherjee vide your invoice no. [protected] dated 19.01.11.

At the time of purchase I expressed my deep anguish over my last 20 yrs experience as an user about the sad state of your after sale service.

I was repeatedly assured of much better service this time. But, the unfortunate fact is though I am supposed to get 4 free services during the first year, yet till date only 1 free service was done and that too after repeated phone call to your customer care.

On 14.10.11 the water flow from the machine was totally stopped. We lodged a complaint to your customer care at 11am on that day and were assured of attendance within 24hours.

However when none attended the machine within 24 hours we opened again on 15.10.11 at 11:30am and was told that 24 hours means 24 working hours or 3 days. Thereafter they stopped picking up the phone.

Ultimately about 5:30pm only on personal intervention on my request by some of your senior officer the defect was attended.

Only two & half months of my free service period are left and 3 free services are due. If this is your attitude to the old customers of 2 decades I can only say this does not speak highly of your company.

I am using lot of other gadgets from other companies; at least they keep their sale assurance.

In view of the above I feel:

a) You should ask your customer care to be more effective and to be more polite & helpful to your customers.

b) My free service period to be extended for further 6 months i.e. upto July, 2012so that I can avail three remaining free services.

At the end I can only say that all my friends, relatives even my office has the same bitter experience about your after sale service.

Eureka Forbes — poor service delivery

i have an aquaguard i nova which is under amc till apr 2014, i had registered a complaint with eurohelpline on 39883333 on 28 apr for routine service and candle change covered under amc contract. the helpline was reminded daily till 05 may but no one came and when u ask about some senior, they cut phone, finally after 8 days complaint was attended-----very poor service and consumer has no recourse but waste time with telecallers who have no clue, no e mail of higher ups is also given

Water leak and Yearly service

I have a Aquaguard Nova with a comprehensive AMC. The yearly maintenance of the machine is overdue. Further there is a leakage from the outlet pipe that is kept blanked with a plastic cap.
