Eureka Forbes — defective model and hopeless and worst after-sale service in pune | |||
Eureka Forbes has worst service in Pune. i brought Aquasure RO + UV on 28/9 got installed in 30/9 17:00 and started leaking and water flowing everywhere thereafter. 4 times technician came after literally 50 calls. Every time they came they tight the valve, work with circuit but in vain. they told me about major fault and manufacturing defect but don't ready to give written feedback or ready to replace against existing warranty. now i after spending 15500/- didn't even drink a drop of water after purchase. i am hopeless and have no way except going for consumer forum. Yes truly. Eureka forbes has a pathetic after sales service. I have logged complaint on 11th august 2016 and have been following up with various people and with the call center. Everytime I get a new phone number and a new promise that somebody will address it. This is one of the worst companies I have come across in terms of after sales service. And the fact it that they are absolutely careless about it.

we purchased a Aquaguard UV enhance water purifier 10days back.It was fine only for the first two days and after that it's not even filtering a drop of water..leave the water purifier for 3 days completely, then it fills around 4ltrs of water..very horrible and noboday has attended even after 20 calls from the past 4 day..I would suggest everyone not to take any product from here..
