I, Sri Upen Sarma have purchased a water purifier vide receipt no[protected] or[protected] which ever is valid(as not clearly visible in the receipt) on dated 11-07-13. But I am unable to use the said machine due to some unavoidable problems as it has been noticed that some ants like elemets blocked the path of that Machine. I have placed number of complaints before the Agent of your Company and I was told that it was manufacturing defect. Now I request you to replace my machine or cash back my entire money at your earliest possible. Otherwise, I would bound to go to the Consumer Forum for justification.
