Eureka Forbes — EUREKA FORBES - VACUUM CLEANER GIVEN TO SERVICE NOT RETURNED | |||
I bought a Eureka Forbes Trendy Steel vacuum cleaner 3 months back. It just worked once and next time it didn't start up. After requesting for technical service, technician visited after 3 weeks. He took the equipment with him as the motor failed and needs to be replaced. It's been more than 1 month now and I don't hear anything from Eureka and equipment not given back. I have called Eureka Forbes call center countless no. of times but all in vain. Every time I call, I hear the same thing from them. "We have raised a complaint, escalated it and the equipment will be handed over in next 24 hours". I don't know what can I do now. Probably I should think I have lost 6000 Rs somewhere.
