Euro-jet Vacuum cleaner is under AMC till 2013 and the complaint was registered with Eureka help line on the 28th June. There has been no response to come and service the product. Second call was made on the 2nd July to remind the complaint registered. The complaint ID given was 87161534. The service centre nearby my house Sai Hydropure does not have any concern post collection of the AMC amount. There has been poor and careless response when I had spoken to them regarding the service. Was this information helpful? |
