I have installed electronic security alarm system in my house. Before going on vacation abroad, I had called and advised staff in the control centre of the company about my absence and pay special attention to any signal for alarm going off in my house. I had set the alarm on away mode. Four days ago, i.e., around 19 April I received communication from my personal staff that the alarm sounded twice on Sunday night. Since then I have been calling the control centre (Ramesh/Krishnamoorthy/Navin) from the US and till this time, i.e., 10.00 p.m. on 22 April, nobody from the company has gone to my residence to check the reason for the alarm going off and to rectify the system. I have wasted many hours or energy and money contacting the company people as well as my relatives and personal staff. The staff of Eurovigil (Eureka) have still not attended to my complaint, and my wife and I are seriously worried about something going wrong. If, unfortunately, we exprience loss of property, we shall hold the Eureka Forbes (Eurovigil) and their concerned staff responsible. Was this information helpful? |
