Kind of fed up now and really don't know what will help. My product Total Reviva, RO, purchased last year had not been serviced for last one year. On logging a request around 10 times, raising the matter on Facebook and complaining on your site, your team contacted me and a ill-experienced technician also came over for the service last week. However, the product has been leaking since then - water all over the slab and kitchen. The cover is also broken. Called him back next day morning, he came, but, no use. The product is still leaking. Now he is not picking his calls and looks like there is Ugadi holiday and then weekend...so we are told by the customer care that nothing can be done for next 3 days and we have to live with leaking water all over. I think I was better off not getting it serviced. The situations is pathetic and totally disappointed with Eureka Forbes! Just let me know if you have a solution else there is no other way for me than going to consumer court.
I just want to ask you one thing - will you, your kids, your parents, be able to survive without water??

This is the worst company i have seen ever.. before i bought it they were running behind me but now when its not working (Bought 2 months ago), noone cares to come after my continous complaints in its customer care[protected]. they daily tell that they will visit my house but noone comes... Still i didnt receive my warrant card also which they told will be send to my house...
