I have purchased Eureka Forbes waterfilter on 20/05/2011. Even it is not completed 1 year but always thereis complaint. Recently again I havelodged a complainton1st February,2012 to our dealers i.e Eureka Forbes Ltd, Choladhara Rad, L.H.S.2ndby Lane Jorhat - 785001. Phone No.[protected]//2309351. But today i.e. 3rd February,2012, it is 9 P.M. but till now they have not visited the house. I desire to lodge a complaintthrough Consumer forum. Please look into thematter.
