I am writing to bring to your kind notice the pains that I am going through to get a product that I purchased from Eureka Forbes to be serviced.

I had purchased a water purifier (Model Aquaguard Booster) couple of years back. On completion of the initial AMC period, the salesman from Eureka Forbes very promptly came down to my house for a AMC renewal. I had the AMC renewed for two years (13th Sept 2009 to 12th Sept 2011) by paying an amount of Rs. 1,850. I was promised initially that a periodical preventive maintenance would be done twice in a year i.e. four times during the AMC period. Today when I am writing this email its been more than 1.5 years and we have never been visited by any of the technician for a periodical maintenance.

The real problem started when the water purifier stopped working and I raised a complaint by calling the Euro Helpline on 16th of April 2011 (ticket #[protected]. I was promised that the problem would be attended to within 48 hours. I waited for more than a week but nothing happened. From 25th of Apr 2011 I have been continuously calling the helpline but each and every time the standard answer that I get from the representatives is that "the issue will be fixed by today 7PM". Since none of my calls were yielding any results, I visited the nearest Eureka Forbes office in Ganganagar. They informed me that they have not received any request from their callcenter to fix this issue and asked me to contact them directly. The rude behavior of the people at the office sent me back home.

I came back and raised one more web ticket on the 23rd of May 2011 (# 7d7ad4d1fed7) to see if the issue will be resolved. As mentioned on the company website of Eureka, I have escalated this issue to Ms. Anu Kotian (Step 2 Service Redressal) & also to Ms. Vinath Hegde (Step 3 Service Redressal) but nothing seems to be happening. I have contacted the customer care everyday over the last five days but to no avail.

I hope that this issue will be resolved at the earliest after necessary intervention.

मेरे द्वारा एलिगेंट ro वाटर purifier सेप 2013 में ख़रीदा गया। 30 जुलाई को वो ख़राब हो गया। मैंने 1 अगस्त को कंप्लेंट रजिस्टर करायी। मेरा कंप्लेंट नंबर A8F8F85774 है मेरा फ़ोन नंबर [protected] है। आज 10 औग हो जाने के बाद भी कोई सर्विस मुझे नहीं मिली है। मई और मेरा परिवार गन्दा पानी पीने को बाध्य हैं। मेरे द्वारा प्रतिदिन अल्लाहाबाद सेर्विक्से सेंटर के mr खान को कॉल की जा रही है। पर उनके पास कोई सर्विस इंजिनियर भेजने का वक़्त नहीं है जबकि अभी मेरा ro guarante पीरियड में है। इससे मेरे परिवार की शारीरिक और मानसिक प्रताड़ना हो रही है। क्यों न आप की कंपनी के खिलाफ मै कानूनी कार्यवाही कर दूँ?

Eureka Forbes guys are big scamsters. They sell products but provide no service. They will make you buy AMC with a promise of free set of filter . And they never turn up the next time. The next time u want your purifier service u call a service guy, pay Rs 400 and extra or the filters. I do not know if its poor management or the big guys involved but it definitely is a scam. I bought a new purifier from t heir online store . Its 8 days exactly and nobody has turned up to fix it yet. The courier guy lied saying he will forward the details to the company and they will get back. Nobody did . So i called their customer care and got a request registered, the woman on the line said it would be done in 48 hrs and its 96 hrs now and nobody has turned up.If they don't know to service they should stop selling their products.
Brought a Vacuum Cleaner ( Wet and Dry ) from them and after the second use, I started noticing a Burned Smell coming from the Vacuum, I stopped using it and called Service.

Initially the service person came and did not fix the issue and said the new devices will have smell and asked us to continue to use it, We soon started noticing smoke coming from the device and called service again and they took the Vacuum cleaner for service and they have not returned it for 3 months now and they are not giving any proper response when we call support center.

We purchased a Aquaguard classic plus in oct 2016.purchased in my father name.At the time of purchase executiv promise that there is a gift for this .that is a bag and bottle. .but he didn't gave that.after a lot of call he bought a small bottle.and bag is still pending.and also we didn't get the free services till yesterday. After a lot of calls yesterday one service people came and said that u have to change the filter.and I have to pay for that ..we are shocked!!!.because the executive said that we don't want to pay anything for product for changing any item.it covers lifetime warranty. It is limited special offer. Will finish soon. Then why the service people say like that we have to pay..we lost all the free services..and they saying that our warranty will expire tomor .you cheating the customer's. Executive was not picking the calll...We already have the voice record of executive anish. .in that his clear words are there..about convincing offers..we will go to consumer court and media with this evidence.here I enclosing our invoice and receipt. .Pls look into into the matter and do the needfull.we want the promised offers .otherwise will surely go further legal step.

bought a vacuum cleaner Euroclean WD X2, in the first week of April-2017.Mr, Kothandan is the sales person, he was nice to the customer till getting the cheque, after that to get him for the first demo it took me about a week.
When he brought the demo kit he said it will take 2 hrs for the entire demo, which he promissed to do upon purchase of the machine.After the machine was delivered to me he gave a training for 15 min and said he is in a hurry to attened the other customer.I lodged the complint to customer service on 16.8.2017,

Ms Madhavi from Customer care spoke to me and promissed to get Mr Kothandan for demo, He spoke to me after a week are so.But they were not serious about the compliant, They kept asking why did i lodged the compliant?Till date no news from them.
I want to know is this the commoitment you have towards the customer?
What is the role of the custer care?
Don"t you have tracking system to handle the customer compliants?

I write this mail with lot of agony and frustration, i bought this machine against my husbands advise, he always complaints about Eureka forbes, now it has come true.

I have dust allergy that is the reason for purchasing the Euro clean, but i am not able to use it with out proper demo from April onwards.

This the 2 vaccum cleaner i am buying from Eureka, already i have bought 3 water purifiers, nerver had a such bad experience.

With great pain i am writing to you, hope some thing is done.PLS DO NOT ASK MS.MADHAVI OR MR.KOTHANDAN TO TALK TO ME AGAIN.I AM FED UP.
I made a demo request in the eureka web site.
First request was made on 14.11.17, second request made on 24.11.17, till date i have not got any call for your team. Don’t cheat customers. Your sales person Kothandan is concerned about reaching his sales target, not about demo.Even the customer care person Madhavi is not customer friendly, ver sarcastic when a request is made for demo. Hope arrangement is done for demo.

I have newly installed the aquaguard on 21st sept 2018 along with the sediment filter. But the filter was defective and the water gets leaked from it continuously. We call the guy who installed the aquaguard and his name is Anil. He said he will come on the next day. But when we called him next day he didnot pick up the call. After that we logged a complain also but the problem did not gt resolved till now. Such a poor service is provided by eurekaforbes is not acceptable. The brand has no value for money. There only aim is to how to take money from the customer

Worst after sale support for Eureka Forbes. As per their policy I requested for return of their so called premium vaccum cleaner. Order #[protected]. Even after several follow ups and escalations they have not picked up the order. The sales guy from Bangalore Mr. Chethan is not even picking the call. His manager doesnt even have basic sense and speaks in kannada to his colleague about the customer when he knows the customer is listening. You guys need some basic training on salesmanship. Anyway for now you have been unanimously voted as worst ever in after sales, service and support. Check comments on each post in eureka forbes fb pahe, every customer is swearing and unhappy!

Hello Team,

I raised a complain on 8th December 2018 the service request#[protected] but till date issue is not yet resolved.Everyday I am getting a new excuses.

*Within 2 days we will resolve the issue.
*We are not getting a Aquaguard parts.
*Within another 2 days we will resolve the issue.
*Customer support team is not picking the call etc...

I had received the technician number which are not useful for me
On 8th December 2018 I received technician(Mr.Yuvaraja K-[protected]) number, He was on leave on the same day.
On 9th & 11th December 2018 I received technician(Mr.Adarsha ER K-[protected]) number, This number is not a valid number.
On 10th December 2018 a technician came and he told my Senior technician will come & resolve the issue because the junior technician([protected]) could not able to resolve the issue.

Everyday I am following about the status but today when I called the Customer Care team they told Madam service team is not picking the call.Team you can understand this is a matter of drinking water and already 6 days gone and the recently(Only 1 Month) purchased aqua-guard issue is not yet resolved.If customer will go for a brand things and after that facing a lot of issue.then Sorry I do not recommend to purchase any product from this brand.

I am really very disappointed for this service.

It's been more than 48hrs my issue is not resolved, called couple of time to your care but getting reply that within 24hrs it will get resolved, however I don't when that 24hrs window will be over.Its such a shame that Company like yours provide such unprofessional service which is totally not expected.I do understand that you have large customer base but what's the use if you can't provide service timely despite my machine is in AMC & I am residing in a urban posh location, the situation might be pathetic in Lower urban areas/villages. Don't you think time has come to evaluate yourself & to come out from the public sector working mentality.
I can wait max upto 1st half of tomorrow after that will raise the issue in consumer court & draw the attention of social media's.Its hard to believe how can you ignore customer service which hampers in getting safe & clear drinking water & it is your punch line that you call yourself as "Doctor of Water".Its merely for advt only & you are also like an propaganda organisation.Prove me wrong with you action in time.Attached screenshot for your reference.
