[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Eureka Forbes Customer Care is very Worst. | |||
Do not purchase any product using Eureka Forbes website. I ordered Euroclean Wet & Dry vaccume cleaner and Aquaguard Total SENSA water purifier using the eBUY option available in their website and paid all the amount.Its happend on 7th May 2011. Till now I have not recieved my item and there is no update from the company. I tried to contact customer care several times but no use. They will always say they are looking into the complaint and it is in progress. Other than this nothing will happen, they will say that you will get a call from the company regarding the status but you will not get any call. They simply passing the time, when I asked them to cancel the order then also they are saying that they will get back to me. But as usual no call. I contacted customer care number and raised a complaint in their website, contacted the sales incharge of my area, contacted franchisee of the company in my place but the issue was not resolved and I dont even know the status of the order as of now.
