This is pertaining to the Awuaguard Nano Water Purifier purchased just 6 months back. There was a small leak in the tap. The 'technician'(so called) Not to take a look at this after 2 days of follow up. It was clear that he knew NOTHING of the instrument. The unit itself fell down from his hand twice. The leak tirned into overflow from all sides and he when he left he put the flush pipe of the the unit right into the kitchen flooding the kitchen in a matter of minutes. IT has been 6 days hence. No positive response from the call centre as well. They seem to have been taught a recorded message. I want to know the response to go in for a case in the consumer court.
