Eureka Forbes — No installation after purchase | |||
i recently bought a Aquasure Pearl UV water purifier. after the purchase i have been calling the Eureka Forbes helpline umpteen number of times but till date there is no response. I submitted my request last week and was told someone will visit. However post that i have given them reminders thrice but no one has turned up. Now the helpline guys have started giving me alternative numbers of their technical team so that i speak directly to them to expedite. i even tried doing that but none of the new numbers given seem to be working. I am stuck with a purchase. more so there is a harassment of going to market everyday to buy mineral water bottles because their person is not turning up. Was this information helpful? | |||
