I am from hyderabad and I bought a water purifier in the month of July-2003(green RO). The sales person Mr.Ashish who came immediately and showed me the Demo. and told me that there is a scheme that i will get lifelong free service if I pay the amount today itself.and also he has taken the AMC papers to get the amount refunded.At that time of taking he told me that I will get the Invoice(Free service lifelong will be mentioned) and the amount of AMC with in 15 days. After 20 days I contacted him and he said that it may take one more 15 days. 40 days passed.Neither Mr.Asish nor your office at hyderabad are unable to inform me when shall I get Invoice and amount of AMC.This is how your company is treating the customer and shows your irresponsibility.Not showing any interest after sales.Instruct your personnel to attend my problem immediately and resolve it T.SIVA PRASAD Was this information helpful? | |||
