Eureka Forbes — No Service after 20 days | |||
We have a Eureka Forbes water purifier which is in under full service. Our machine has stopped working due to a certain spare part problem. We have made a complain on 2nd September 2013. However there are 2 complaints regarding 1. Their customer service has been giving us false promises. 2. Till date this has not been taken care and today is 21st September already.
