[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Non redressal of complaint | |||
We had purchased Eureka forbes water filter named "Infinity" from eureka forbes dealer. From day one the machine was giving problem with water flow. Initially we kept on complaining and everytime the service person came and cleant it but after 2 days again the water flow diminished.Finally we realised that the machine was defective even the technician came and confirmed that the machine is defective for which we asked it to be replaced by another model.From last one month we are waiting for the machine to be replaced but the dealers and sales person from whom we have purchased has not solved our problem. everytime we call him he gives us some lame excuses.We are fed up of this attitude of the salesperson and want the machine to be replaced soon. Such a big company has such bad service towards its customers was not known to us.In future we will never recommend anybody to buy products from eureka forbes.
