we have lodged a complaint on 30.07.2013 and no is 72446382 and your excutive was kind enough to lodged another complain no 72544090 on 04.08.2013 every time they said that we appolige and within 4 hours the service person will attain the complaint but we feel sorry that no persone has attendedthe complaint since 30.07.2013 and we are compel to drink supply water for the last 7 days can i hope ?
