Eureka Forbes — not attending service | |||
It is to inform you that i got aquasure crystal water purifier installed on 17th december 2011..in last 7 mnths nobody from aquasure turned up for service which they promise while buying it that they will do it 3 times in first year for free of charge...i have been calling them since 4th july 'n' number of times..everytime they apologize,talked sweetly but with no effect..i dont know what is the matter from ther end... I request you to take stringent action on them,,as i had faced the same 2 mnth back..and only after writing to consumer court last time they attended the call as purifier was leaking... Thank you.. I have atleast called 20 times on helpline no and registered my complaint. they just give complaint no and no action. my machine is not working now. what is the use od AMC. i want the address and name of their customer care incarge so that i can throw my machine on his head.
