have bought a water purifier cum cooler last september and am in service industry but since first month after buying it the service man told me i will have to pay for new filter every month which i have been doing so however since 7-7-12 the machine has got spoilt and there is no water coming out .
my complaint no is 87257560 and till today no 1 has been attending the complaint although i have been complaining bevery day which can be confirmed with their help line number
