Hello What is the current status of my Complaint which is registered with mobile number [protected]? From last 4 months My aquaguard filter is in your dealer showroom M/S Jain Enterprises Fatehabad. But till now no response from their side. They give a number of Deepak Panday ( [protected]) whose is your aquaguard service person. from last 3 months i called him many times, every time he told me that tomorrow i will come and repair your aquaguard. But till now my aquaguard is not repaired. Many times i registered complaint to customercare of Eurekaforbes every time they told me your complaint is currently in progress. but my complaint is not resolved tillnow I am not expecting this type of service from Aquaguard.. I don't know the service request number. But the complaint is registered with mobile number [protected].On Friday i talk to your haryana service head whose contact number is [protected] which i got from customer care of eurekaforbes but he talked very rudely. When i discuss my complaint with him he told me i have no time to talk to you.
This is the behaviour of eurekaforbes employees...
