Eureka Forbes — Recently purchased RO enhancer water purifier but not working

Recently i purchased RO enhancer water purifier from EUREKA FORBES, But it is repeatedly not working. i gave so many requests but there is no responce from concerned person. I spent so 14000 rs but still i am unable to drink water after purchasing this also i am purchasing water from outside. this made me so much frustrate. they cheated me with dublicate item what i am feeling. please help me to get justice.
