[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — REFILLING OF WATER PURIFY CYLINDERS WITH NOV.2012 MFG DATE | |||
I INSTALLED EUREKA FORBES-AQUA GUARD-INFINITI WATER PURIFIER IN THE MONTH OF FEB-2012. After one year's time company replaces its cylinders with payment from consumer.Company's representative contacted me for change of two cylinders and after one month he came with two cylinders in the mid of march-2013, having mfg.date-nov-2012,when i enquired from him why company is not delivering/replacing cylinders with fresh/ new mfg.of make-2013, he replied that we have only these cylinders with nov-2012 make in our stock and moreover we delivered same cylinders to many of customers, why you ask for new cylinders with make of 2013.This company is playing with the health of consumers by installing old, out dated cylinders .
