[Resolved] Eureka Forbes / Spring Fresh Water Purifier — Poor Customer Service Despite of AMC | |
My name is Vikrant Jain. I have taken Eureka Forbes Spring Fresh water Purifier from Naveen Electronics Model Town, 2 years back. I am regularly taking the AMC from my Spring Fresh product but the problem is i am not receiving the services from the company properly & regularly. The Water purifier that i am using is not working from last 7 days now, & as a result i don't have a single drop of water at my place to drink. i have made several complaints ie. 80194134 80195415 on 25th Feb 2008 to Neeraj M-52091 on 27th Feb 2008 but every time i am given false promises that the company representaive will be attending the complaint in next 24 Hours, but unfortunately all in vain. I have made my first complaint on[protected] on the Help Line & i am still waiting for a response. I am requesting the senior managers to kindly look into this issue ASAP.
