Hi, I have purchased a Galaxy water purifier from Eureka Forbes on October. Strange that just within 4 months its services have worsened like anything and now finally it has stopped functioning at all. I am looking for servicing and has also lodged complaint but I am not getting any response. Eureka Forbes being the no. 1 brand in this sector , this sort of response on their part is unexpected and shocking. Please help. Me and my family are facing difficulties with drinking water. I purchased Eureka Forbes DUO vide customer code No. [protected] which is valid upto 09/05/2014. Several & Several times lodged complaints but no response from the service center. We were with the intention that Eureka Forbes is a branded product in this sector but seeing your worst services feel that it is a cheating company for money. Otherwise a branded company will certainly give good service atleast during the paid service contract period. If yours is a branded company - give service immediately without delay and reminder.

Gave complaint on 4/5/2014 received by Mangla, again on 6/5/2014 gave complaint, received by Vani etc., but no response.
