[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Water purifier leak | |||
I purchased the purifier - Aqua guard Total Enhance - D[protected] on[protected] .On the day of installation itself the unit was leaking.later the service person came and replaced something and the leak was over temporally.On the very next day itself the unit started leaking from every sides.As i reported this to the sales head Mr.Padma Kumar R his response was like "Leak, so what i will send the the service person" his way of reaction itself gave an impression that it is a common issue.So i demanded a replacement of the unit and even the replaced unit was leaking on installation - D[protected].I seriously told him to check what really is the exact reason for this.He was not only reluctant on this and even shouted at me for this.Now yesterday the unit again went leaking.our whole kitchen was floded as we were not at home.It was lucky that no short circuit occured due to this.On informing the condition to Mr.Padma kumar ,he responded the same way and said that the service person will come today[protected].but nobody turned up.On calling him today his reply was he is on leave and if i want i can take up the case by my own.This is the case of a customer who paid Rs.13990/- on[protected] it is hardly 13 days i purchased your new product and i had to face this much in between .Now please inform what should i do ?How can i react to the indifferent behavior of the team lead Mr.Padma Kumar? What should i do with the fully leaking purifier which is already replaced once and serviced four times in 13 days ?????
