We Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd.purchased a water purifier RO system in 2012.We have complaint to your Talcher executive to change the accessories of the system on 21.08.2013 morning. He replied that he will come along with spares on 22.08.2013.He does not come and we tried to talk with him but his mobile was switch off.You are giving capsan that it is friend for life. Is it really true or just a hoax. We never thought before that your company executives are so much casual and inefficient. Do you please tell us what is your policy? Once you sale after that no commitment. How long can your company will run by giving false commitment and assurance like this. Still if you have a little bit shame then answer my questions.
