I am reporting a serious issue, which has caused great frustration.
I have recently moved to a new place in Chennai. I called[protected] to request a re-installation on the 12th of July. Since then, all I was made to do was call them almost everyday to receive the same reply - "We are very sorry, We will send our service personnel today. It has been 25 days today and I have called them every single day to be told the same "sorry' message. Every day I am given a new complaint number for the previous day's lack of service. This is of no use to me. I Wrote to Customer care. no response. They have a completely useless system of escalating complaints in their web site. Even that is unresponsive. This is the worst negligent service I have ever seen. I have been managing with an alternate source of drinking water for the past 25 days. I do not wish to continue like this. How much time does one have to spend for just getting a water purifier installed. Worst worst service. The product costs around 20,000 Rs. This is the service one gets.
My name is kumar. I am really frustrated by this kind of a service from a well renowned company. I would like to escalate this issue to your higher authority.
