[Resolved]  Euronet Worldwide — RECHARGE NOT DONE ON BY VODAFONE PREPAID CARD

DEAR SIR - I HAVE MADE PAYMENT OF RS 220 VIA INTER BANKING ( ICICI BANK ) REF - BIL/[protected]/0201/[protected]/91982,DATED[protected] FOR RECHARGE OF PREPAID MOBILE NO [protected].BUT I HAVE NOT RECD ANY CONFIRMATION FROM VODAFONE FOR TALK TIME UPDATE. I ALSO SPOKE TO CUSTER CARE OF VODAFONE ,BUT NO UPDATE -THEY ASKING TO VISIT VODAFONE STORES .-

With regret I am to inform that, on 01/09/2010, Rs. 300/- was debited from my ICICI Bank A/C for online Recharge of Airtel Mobile No.[protected], however, a SMS message was sent from No. 5555, received at 2.49 AM on 2/09/2010 was that the recharge was sucessful
for talk time of Rs. 269/-

On contacting Airtel, I learnt that, neither they have received any payments nor any request for the recharge.

We prefer to go for online recharge of mobiles, when there is urgency,
so, the service provider should direct its staffs to handle such online
recharge carefully.

Dear Sir,

Your mobile recharge has declined due to server time out. As per ICICI Bank policy yor bank account will get reversed within 4 working days.
Kindly check your bank account for the same and confirm. In case your account is not reversed ryou are requested to take up the issue with bank itself as your money lies with bank.

vodafone prepaid recharge — recharge not done

Dear sir ,

i have been recharge my mobile no. [protected] on 17.11.10 by vodafone 75 recharge by s.b.i net banking ,but my mobile not rechrage till date . so please take necessary action against rechrage refund policy .
