Exide Battery — NOT WORKING PROPERLY | |||
Dear SIR/ MADAM sub : WANT REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY I have purchased Exide Battery from your dealer from AKASH ELCTRICALS GREATER NOIDA (U.P..) is not providing not satisfactory service and my battery is in Guarantee Period and demand unnecessary charges and his service is very very poor and not attending customer complain properly. I find very poor service of exide battery.Ther battery is not working properly.. Your authorised sub dealer is destroy your reputation. The battery which I have purchased is not charging properly from the date of purchase. I contact with the said dealer and told him the problem. He charged me Rs. 150/- for his service charge as battery is in guarantee period. As there is no fault from my side. As battery is not charging properly. He refused to replacement of the battery .i don't get any kind of service to me I have visited his shop lot of time. i have complaint for this many time but i got no response at all. i want to replacement of my battery .my complaint on 08/03/2011 my job no. was 10863 and the compalint no. is MUHO6871 whenever i had purchased battery on 26/04/2009. kindly request to solved my issue on ASAP basis. Exide Battery — not working
Please replase the battery as it is under gurrenty period. the details are as follows;Bill No 650 dated[protected] Vinod Traders, Sindhi colony shoping center Jalna Road Aurangabad.
Battery No. 12EB5B 12 volt battery for Passion Pro of Hero Honda.
Condition of battery- Not working.

we have alredy registered a complaint about battery-5fo slno.425334 6jan2011 .battery was bought from guddu battery service from lakhimpur-kheri, u.p.dealer code-11285.battery was bought 25.082010.battery was not working properly at that time.battery was sent to exide service centre but it was returned back to me and delivery challan no.sjp/sjp/11/2935 date-07jan2011 showd that battery was ok .but battery is not working properly.both dealers destroy exide reputation.battery is under guarrantted period. so try tosolve my problem.
